The Security Solutions Engineer -will play a pivotal role in implementing network security solutions that will aid in identification and detection of security threats and intrusions, Security vulnerabilities of the network / systems, and the elimination or prevention of the above. He/She will participate in new deployment activities as well as play a key role in maintaining the existing security solutions deployed by SPRING.

The network consultant will be responsible for carrying out the deployment activities of networking infrastructure and advanced infrastructure solutions designed by SPRING solution architects, mainly for the overseas customers. The applicants will either be placed overseas or will utilize remote management tools to carry out the above tasks. The candidates should be able to travel overseas at a short notice.

Responsible for writing technical materials, such as system manuals, reports, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. A Technical Writer gathers information by observing developmental and production activities; by studying solution diagrams, specifications, journals, and samples; and by interviewing production and engineering personnel to become familiar with product technologies, uses, operation, and maintenance. A person in this position organizes material that has been gathered and completes the writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, format, and terminology.

Providing high level onsite and remote IT technical liaison, support and network administration to our customers, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of Incidents and Problems. The position will require close working with all Teams in all levels of Technical Support and Engineering.
